About Angela

Public service, then a company of my own, now San Francisco.

I spent six years in Singapore's public service, where I was chief facilitator of the National Budget Dialogue and helped build the School of Engagement at the Civil Service College.

In 2025 I founded Almost Peaceful, a relationship education company, and ran workshops for couples, schools, a bank and community groups. In 2026 I moved to San Francisco to do this work full-time: getting new hires and customers ramped, and building the AI workflows that scale it.
